Aaron G. Epstein

Mr. Epstein joined FriedbergMilstein in April 2006 having been a Vice President at JP Morgan Partners, a $19 billion private investment firm, since 2002.
Mr. Epstein was head of JP Morgan Partners' financial accounting and operations groups.
In addition, he was responsible for the reporting and administration of the JP Morgan Partners Latin America fund, a $200 million private equity fund.
Prior to JP Morgan Partners, Mr. Epstein spent five years at KPMG LLP in various roles.
He was a Manager in the Transaction Services practice where he performed due diligence on M&A transactions.
He also managed auditing and consulting engagements for public and private entities within KPMG's Financial Services practice, focusing on asset management.
Prior to KPMG, Mr. Epstein began his career in retail brokerage and trading.
Mr. Epstein is a graduate of Union College with a B.S.
in Mathematics and Economics and received an M.B.A from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
He is also a licensed CPA in the State of New York.
