Mr. Adam J.
Conrad is Vice President at RockWood Equity Partners LLC.
Prior to that, Mr. Conrad served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group at National City Corporation in Cleveland where he provided M&A advisory services to middle-market companies in a variety of industries.
Previously, he worked as an Associate Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York, where he provided financing and advisory services to private equity sponsors with several billion dollars under management.
Mr. Conrad began his career with Deloitte Consulting in Cincinnati, where he advised clients in the area of strategy, operations, and M&A.
Mr. Conrad holds a BS in economics from Miami University and a MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan Business School, where he was an active participant in the Wolverine Venture Fund and recipient of the David T.
Shelby Award.
