Amundi Asset Management SA (Investment Management) (Amundi-IM) is the investment management division of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by SAS Rue la Boétie’s Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. It was founded in 2010 when the asset management operations of Crédit Agricole SA and Société Générale merged. Headquartered in Paris, the firm develops products for institutional clients and third-party distributors and has ties with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutional funds and corporate funds. They have distribution agreements with platforms in Europe and Asia. Amundi-IM is a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).

Integral Development Asset Management SA (I.DE.A.M.) is an asset management firm established in 2003 and based in Paris. Formerly known as Sure Fund Management, I.DE.A.M. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amundi SA the asset management subsidiary of Crédit Agricole SA (XP: ACA). I.DE.A.M. is the socially responsible investment specialist within the Crédit Agricole group. The firm manages mutual funds (SICAVs and an FCP) as well as discretionary portfolios for French and international institutional and corporate clients, as well as for private individuals.
