Ms. Mulhern joined Seaport Capital in March 1998.
Ms. Mulhern was previously a Managing Director of the Private Equity Finance Group ("PEFG") at BT Alex.
Brown Incorporated, the investment banking subsidiary of Bankers Trust Corporation.
In that role she raised a number of private equity funds, including CEA Capital Partners.
Prior to her involvement in the PEFG, Ms. Mulhern was a Managing Director in the Private Placement Group at Bankers Trust Company, where she focused on debt and equity financing for corporate issuers.
Ms. Mulhern received a BS from Georgetown University.
