CRP is an active, long-term manager which invests through their funds in emerging, innovative medium- and large-sized companies across a range of sectors including consumer non-durables, distribution services, automotive, technology services and electronic technology. Their geographic focus is on Southern and Southeastern Brazil. They do not invest in turnarounds and do not buy secondary shares. The firm seeks to invest up to USD 5-30 million in companies with a proven business model, a relevant market position and sales of USD 50-250 million seeking to expand or consolidate their business. They always take minority stakes in their investee companies and typically hold investments for 4-5 years, exiting through IPOs or strategic alliances.
