Amanda Strong

Ms. Amanda Strong is a Managing Director at Colony Realty Partners LLC.
Prior to joining CRP, she sourced and executed residential development projects for New Boston Fund's Urban Strategy America Fund, a $200 million private equity fund, where she placed more than $10 million in equity.
Previously, Ms. Strong served as a construction lender for KeyBank, NA, underwriting and funding more than $70 million in retail and residential projects during her three year tenure.
She also has more than twelve years of experience in Retail Real Estate, with leasing and research experience from Marshalls, Inc., and Staples, Inc. Ms. Strong earned her B.S.
in Business Administration from Babson College, an Advanced Professional Certificate in Real Estate from New York University, and a MSRED from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
She is a Babson College Overseer, a member of NEWiRE, a member of the Real Estate Executive Council, and President of the National Chapter of African American Real Estate Professionals.
