Advanced Refining Technologies LLC (ART) was formed in 2001 as a joint venture of Chevron and W.R. Grace & Co.'s Davison Catalysts business, which aimed to develop, market, and sell hydroprocessing catalysts including fixed-bed, onstream catalyst replacement (OCR), and ebullating bed products, design for processing feedstocks to customers in the petroleum refining industry. The company also offers a line of distillate catalysts used in the processing of ultra-low sulfur content gasoline and diesel fuel. These products are design to help refiners meet their obligations to reduce sulfur content in their products.

Trinseo SA engages in the manufacture and marketing of synthetic rubber, latex binders and plastics.
