Andreas Gerber

Andreas Gerber is Head Corporate Banking and a Member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd.
and the Swiss Universal Bank Management Committee.
Furthermore, Andreas assumes additional roles outside of Credit Suisse, e.g.
he serves as President of the Swiss Venture Club, belongs to the Executive Committee of Europa Forum Luzern and acts as Chairman for Credit Suisse Entrepreneur Capital AG and as Member of the Board of Directors for Switzerland Innovation Foundation.
Before assuming his current role, Andreas served 5 years as Head Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Business ( 2015 – 2020), was responsible for the SME Business Region Zurich (2010 – 2015) and earlier, acted as Head SME Region Mittelland (2005 – 2010).
From 2003 – 2005 Andreas worked as Head Corporate Clients Berne and before 2003, he held various management positions within Swiss Volksbank (until 1996) and Credit Suisse.
Andreas started his banking career with Swiss Volksbank in 1989 as export specialist in the textile machine industry.
Andreas holds a Bachelor Diploma of HFW Bern and is a graduate of the Executive program at the Swiss Banking School and the Tuck Executive Program at the Tuck School of Business in Dartmouth.
