Andreas Hugener is Head of Human Resources and responsible for strategic HR management and top management recruitment and assessment at Capvis’ portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Capvis, Andreas was the Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer at Swissport International Ltd., and had various leading senior positions in HR management at Sulzer.
Andreas holds a M.A. in Human Capital Management from the University of Zurich and a B.A. in Business Administration from the Steinbeis-University Berlin and the University of St. Gallen.
