Mr. Andrew B. Kemp is a Managing Director at First Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to joining First Capital Partners, Mr. Kemp was chief financial officer of Natura Pet Products, Inc., a Fremont, Nebraska-based manufacturer of premium pet products, where he successfully executed the sale of the company to the Iams Company, a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble.
In this role he was part of the executive management team where he worked closely with the production, and sales and marketing groups within the business.
Previously, he held positions with First National Mergers & Acquisitions and Government Properties Trust, Inc., a publicly traded REIT.
He began his career in 1997 at the First National Bank of Omaha in its commercial business and real estate lending groups.
Mr. Kemp received a BA in history and political science from Emory University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
