Andrew Boss

Mr. Andrew Boss commenced his career in the commercial banking arena with Westpac Bank in 1995, gaining insight during his three years with the Bank into the critical evaluation of small-medium sized businesses operating across a broad spectrum of industries.
Moving into commerce in 1998, Mr. Boss was the Chief Financial Officer of two listed public companies, Hazelton Airlines Limited and Servcorp Limited, and more recently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Australasias largest thoroughbred auctioneer William Inglis & Son Limited.
During his seven years as a Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Boss developed and implemented information management systems, completed due diligence on acquisition targets and supervised the integration of new businesses, and managed the strategic planning function of each business.
Mr. Boss has a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Cross University.
