Mr. Bushell is a Founder of Cornerstone.
For the three years prior to forming Cornerstone, he was involved in industry consolidations, mergers, and acquisitions with BGL Capital Partners, a Chicago-based merchant banking group.
Prior to that, he served as President of Sentry Fire Protection Systems.
Mr. Bushell received a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University, a J.D.
from Rutgers University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from the J.L.
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
He is also a certified public accountant.
