Mr. Griffin is a member of the legal and compliance team, where he focuses on legal matters relating to the Venture Capital/Growth Equity asset class.
Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Griffin was an associate at the law firms of Cooley and Gunderson Dettmer, where his practice focused on the structuring, formation and operation of venture capital and other private equity funds and their related general partner and management company entities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Griffin was an Assistant Vice President and Associate Counsel at State Street Corporation.
Mr. Griffin received his B.S.
from Northeastern University and his J.D.
from Boston University School of Law.
