Andy Taylor was previously a Partner with Knight Frank and is a specialist in investment, development and asset management.
He has worked on a number of high profile property schemes acting on behalf of property companies, financial institutions, occupiers and debt finance providers.
Prior to joining Hotbed, Andy Taylor acted as an independent investment advisor to a wide variety of clients, including syndicates of high net worth individuals primarily from the sport and entertainment sectors.
Projects advised on included an offshore Unit Trust investing into commercial property and a UK residential investment fund.
