Mrs. Anita Gregson joined Barclays Private Equity's Infrastructure team in May 2006 from Lloyds TSB Bank plc where she headed up the Project Finance team.
She arranged debt, treasury and ancillary facilities for various infrastructure and PPP projects in the health, education, prison, transport and MoD sectors.
These included: Bridgend Prison (the first ever PFI project), Inverness Airport, Aquatrine (MoD waste water scheme), Roll-on/Roll-off Ferries (MoD), Field Electrical Supply Units (MoD), St George's Hospital, Newham Mental Health, Luton & Wansbeck hospitals, Dumfries Hospital, Birmingham Schools, Stoke Schools and Ealing Care Homes.
Other transactions undertaken included investment in two primary PPP funds, as well as what is believed to be the first cross-collateralisation and re-financing of infrastructure assets at fund level.
The team was also active in the UK, US and European energy arena.
Mrs. Anita Gregson has a degree in History from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies (now UCL), University of London.
