Annalisa Barrett

Ms. Annalisa Barrett is an Advisor at Ohana Capital LLC.
She is also Vice President and Senior Research Associate with The Corporate Library, the leading independent provider of corporate governance research, where she oversees the firm's research related to board and governance practices.
She is also an adjunct lecturer in the Finance Department at the University of San Diego Business School.
Previously, she was a Research Consultant at Towers Perrin where she focused on research related to corporate governance, compensation programs for outside directors and incentive plans for executives.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporate Directors Forum and, in 2008, Ms. Barrett was named one of the first "Rising Stars of Corporate Governance" by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management.
Ms. Barrett has an MBA with distinction from the Ross School at the University of Michigan.
