Anthonio Pinheiro

Anthonio is the COO and Investment Partner at Ingressive Capital with a degree in Economics and Finance at Wichita state University.
As a believer of the African ecosystem, the last 12 years has been focused on the continent starting with his role as the Regional Sales Marketing Manager for SCAFO Grain systems responsible for EMEA region selling grain systems responsible for EMEA region selling grain systems to this region.
After a few years abroad, he moved back home to Lagos and joined Pincosult Associated Limited, leading the growth and development expanding their presence in the Commercial and Industrial real-estate sectors before pivoting to tech.
Anthonio joined Andela as the Director of Operations responsible for Africa, leading their expansion into Rwanda, their response to Covid and transitioning to full remote, eventually leading Global Operations.
In his last role at Andela, he was responsible for its period of hyper-growth, eventually leading Global operations before transitioning from back-end to front-end becoming a client-facing.
He also built and led Andela’s Talent Delivery function (40-person team) responsible for driving value to Andela’s talent (1600+ globally distributed engineers) and clients' (400+) marketplace users.
