Antonio Guinea

Antonio Guinea is Managing Director and partner in the Infraestructure team.
Prior to Joining Altamar, Antonio worked for seven years as director in the infrastructure and construction team of Deloitte Coporate Finance, advising both Research and Investments Funds and Infrastructure companies in divestitures, acquisitions, financing and refinancing transactions.
Prior to that, Antonio worked two and half years in Aguirre Newman advising real estate investment firms in the structuration of Real Estate investment vehicles and Sale & Lease Back Transactions.
He also worked two years in Grupo Ferrrovial, in the investment analysis and control departments analyzing construction and Infrastructure divisions.
Antonio started his professional career in Deutsche Bank, A.G.
in the Madrid and London offices, in Research and Investments Banking where he worked for four years advising in corporate transactions.
Antonio holds a degree in Business Administration from San Pablo Ceu University.
