Martin Currie Investment Management Ltd. (MCIM) is the Great Britain-based investment management subsidiary of Martin Currie Ltd., ultimately held by Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN) in the US. The firm was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Edinburgh. MCIM performs investment management, dealing, investment support, sales and marketing and platform functions for the Martin Currie group. The firm manages active-equity portfolios for a global client base of financial institutions, charities, foundations, endowments, pension funds, family offices, government agencies and investment funds.

S-Bank Fund Management Ltd. (S-Bank) is the asset management subsidiary of S-Pankki Oyj, which is owned by S-Group in Finland. Founded in 1994 as FIM Asset Management Ltd., the firm was acquired by Reykjavik-based Glitnir banki hf (ICEX: GLB) in 2007 and renamed as Glitnir Asset Management. They changed their name back to FIM Asset Management Ltd. in 2008 after an MBO from Glitnir and became S-Bank Fund Management in 2021. Headquartered in Helsinki, S-Bank offers discretionary asset management, fund management and financial advisory services to institutions, companies and private investors with a team specifically dedicated to insurance companies.
