Barbara Hisey

Ms. Hisey has been a board member since October 2003.
Ms. Hisey is a Financial Accountant for Noble Energy, Inc., working on quarterly SEC 10-Q filings, earnings, releases, the Annual Report, and 10-K filing.
Ms. Hisey is Treasurer of Ardmore Development Authority Trustee, serving as Treasurer, Ardmore Planning Commission, American Business Women's Association, served as Secretary & Treasurer, Past President of South Central Oklahoma Society of CPAs, Past Chairman of Member in Industry Committee, participated for the last 10 years in the Oklahoma School of Science and Math Selection Committee and currently serving on a committee of 10 for the American Institute of CPAs.
She is a graduate of Leadership Ardmore, Class III and Leadership Oklahoma, Class XIII.
Ms. Hisey earned a BA in Psychology from University of Oklahoma, BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
She went on to obtain her MBA from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, Certified Public Accountant.
