Prior to joining Salient, Mr. Baldwin worked in the investment banking divisions of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and Houlihan Lokey.
Mr. Baldwin also has experience in several areas of corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, public and private placements of debt and equity, restructurings, fairness opinions, solvency opinions and business valuations.
Mr. Baldwin is a member of the Harvard Club of New York City, the Harvard Club of Dallas, and the Harvard Club of Houston.
He serves on Harvard College’s undergraduate interviewing committee for the State of Texas.
Mr. Baldwin is an active volunteer for Donate Life America, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the number of registered donors in the United States.
Mr. Baldwin is also an active volunteer for UNOS, The United Network For Organ Sharing, a non-profit, scientific and educational organization that administers the nation's only organ procurement and transplantation network, established by the U.S.
Congress in 1984.
Mr. Baldwin maintains the FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.
