Bernard S.
Groseclose is President and Chief Executive Officer of South Carolina State Ports Authority, a Member of the Executive Committee of The International Association of Ports & Harbors, the Advisory Councils for the College of Charleston and the Center for International Business at the University of South Carolina and a Director for the American Association of Port Authorities and the National Academy of Sciences.
He was Director of Planning and Development for South Carolina State Ports Authority.
Prior to joining South Carolina State Ports Authority in 1985 he was Manager of Financial Analysis for Rockwell International Corp., Chairman of the South Carolina World Trade Center, Charleston and President of the South Atlantic & Caribbean Ports Association.
Mr. Groseclose received a degree in Business Administration and Economics form Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from The College of William & Mary.
