Mr. Bernhard Schmid joined the XAnge team in 2008, where he manages the operations in the german-speaking countries.
Bernhard Schmid strengthens DVC’s tech team as partner as of March 2004.
He brings ten years of experience in information and communication technology to the activities of the internationally renowned venture capital company.
Prior to joining DVC he was (from 1999 up until 2004) partner and technology expert at the venture capital company Innotech GmbH.
From 1994 to 1999 he worked as an investment manager for Atlas Venture, a globally active venture capital company, where he was in charge of investments as well as portfolio and exit management for information and communication technology companies.
He holds a degree in business administration from the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich.
