Bob Minicus

He was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer at Geode.
Prior to joining Geode in 2021, he served as Head of Asset Management Compliance, Risk and Business Operations at Fidelity Management & Research Co. (FMR Co).
During his nearly 20-year tenure with FMR Co, Mr. Minicus contributed across a variety of leadership roles, including Head of Global Equity Trading for FMR Co, as part of the Equity Senior Management Team and most recently on the Asset Management Senior Management Team.
He has also served for over a decade on the Cathedral High School Board of Directors.
