(INGIM-HK) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of ING Insurance International B.V., ultimately owned by ING Groep NV (NYSE: ING). INGIM was founded in 1994 and provides asset management services to institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, fund distributors, foundations, high net-worth individuals and retail customers. They manage a range of global and regional investment products covering all asset classes. INGIM-HK was incorporated in 1997 and is the head office for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for Asian and Australasian products.
