Brendan McNulty

Brendan oversees Fengate’s Infrastructure financial planning and analysis group responsible for valuations, financial modelling, compliance, and planning and analysis for the infrastructure portfolio.
He works closely with the commercial asset management team on project operations, as well as the Infrastructure investment and fund management groups on investment and portfolio optimization strategies.
Prior to joining Fengate, Brendan was the Associate Director of Finance at Apleona Inc. (Asset Management) responsible for project finance, financial modelling, valuations and finance processes for infrastructure projects under management.
Previously Brendan was a member of the infrastructure advisory team at Grant Thornton LLP.
Brendan is a CFA charterholder, a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
