Brian H. Fluck

Mr. Fluck joined ComVest in 2007.
Prior to ComVest, Mr. Fluck was President and Board member of several commercial finance firms in the CNL Financial Group, Inc. family of companies, including two in the specialty finance arena that were grown rapidly and sold at a substantial profit to public companies.
Before joining CNL, Mr. Fluck was CFO of AT&T’s consumer credit card company, Chairman of the Board of the independent bank through which this business was conducted, and Treasurer of AT&T’s commercial leasing company.
He was also Assistant Treasurer of AT&T, leading a team of 800 employees responsible for all Corporate Treasury activities worldwide.
Mr. Fluck graduated with honors from both Duke University and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Prior to CNL, Mr. Fluck was CFO of AT&T Universal Services, Inc., the $14 billion, Baldrige-Award-winning credit card subsidiary of AT&T.
Mr.Fluck chaired the Board of Directors of the primary bank through which AT&T conducted this business and which had a majority of independent Directors.
Mr. Fluck previously served as Treasurer of AT&T Capital Corp., AT&T's $6 billion leasing subsidiary.
In addition, he was Corporate Assistant Treasurer of AT&T, managing a $90 million budget and leading a team of 800 employees that had responsibility for all of AT&T Corp.'s Treasury activities worldwide except for the pension fund.
Mr. Fluck graduated with honors from both Duke University and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
He also worked for 5 years at Chevron Corp.
in a variety of assignments in connection with the company's highly selective MBA Development Program.
