Harrisburg Hospital
Harrisburg Hospital Part of UPMC Pinnacle, Harrisburg Hospital is a nursing alumni association that was established in 1908. The association aims to promote fellowship among its members and advance the nursing profession through scholarship funds. The association has two nursing scholarship funds, the HACC Nursing Scholarship Fund and the UPMC/Pinnacle Health Foundation Scholarship Fund, which support nursing students and high school seniors from Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry Counties in seeking to attend an accredited R.N. program. The last class of nursing students graduated in 1974 when the school of nursing closed. The Association dissolved on November 18, 2022, but scholarships will remain and donations can be made indefinitely. The Officers and Board Members express gratitude to all the members for their support over the past 115 years. Harrisburg Hospital is based in Harrisburg, PA. |
