Ms. Hensley has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, mezzanine investing and private equity and has been involved in numerous transactions over her career.
Prior to joining Progress Equity in 2011, Ms. Hensley worked at Guaranty Bank and Trust as a commercial lender and with Highline Equity Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm.
Previously, Ms. Hensley was a Principal with NewWest Capital Partners for four years.
She was intimately involved with all aspects of the business including leading transactions.
Ms. Hensley also served as interim CFO for a NewWest portfolio company during her tenure.
Prior to joining NewWest, Ms. Hensley worked at Rocky Mountain Capital Partners as an investment professional.
She started her career in investment banking in New York, spending two years with SG Cowen in the technology corporate finance group.
Currently, Ms. Hensley serves as a board advisor to Crestcom International, Davey Coach, Medical Indicators, and Creative Tent.
She previously served on the board of Diversified Machine Systems.
Ms. Hensley received a BSBA, magna cum laude, from the University of Denver where she was an athletic and academic All-American Nordic skier.
