Mr. Groves joined J.F.
Lehman in 2005.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked for The CapStreet Group, a private equity firm in Houston, Texas with $400 million under management for middle market investments.
At Capstreet, he was involved in the acquisition and management of several portfolio companies.
Mr. Groves also spent time as Manager of Corporate Finance at Cardtronics, one of CapStreet's portfolio companies and an investment that he helped source and execute.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen in the corporate restructuring group.
Mr. Groves holds a B.B.A.
in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and received his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma Honors.
