Charles Noel-Johnson

Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2009, Mr. Noel-Johnson spent eight years at Close Brothers, where he was a Director in the European Restructuring Group based in London.
In this role, he advised an extensive array of corporates, sponsors and creditors across Europe and the Middle East on restructuring, refinancing and distressed M&A transactions.
Prior to Close Brothers, he worked at JPMorgan in both London and New York.
Mr. Noel-Johnson graduated from Edinburgh University with an M.A.
honors in Politics and studied Politics and International Relations at The University of California, San Diego.
He is also an Associate of the Securities & Investment Institute.
