Charles Ortner

Charles B. Ortner is currently the Director at T.J.
Martell Foundation and a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP.
He also holds positions as Legal Counsel-National at the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Inc., a Trustee at The John F.
Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, a Member of the American Bar Association, a Member of the New York State Bar Association, a Member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and a Trustee at The Carnegie Hall Corp.
In the past, Mr. Ortner has served as a Director at the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association, the Business Committee for the Arts, Inc., and the Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium.
He was also a Trustee and Member of the Executive Committee at The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, Inc., and the President of the Kayne West Foundation.
Mr. Ortner completed his undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis and obtained his graduate degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1971.
