Charlotte Bucchioni

Ms. Charlotte Bucchioni is a Vice President at Capstone Research Ltd.
She joined Capstone in 2021 as an Analyst on the Energy team.
She advises clients on policy issues regarding EU climate and industrial policy, particularly looking at chemicals, low-carbon transport, and waste regulation.
Prior to joining Capstone, Ms. Bucchioni worked as an associate at S&P Global in London, where she covered oil and shipping markets.
She also worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
She earned an M.A.
from the University of Warwick and an M.S.
in international political economy at the London School of Economics.
