Their investment strategy is defined at the group's level by the Global Asset Allocation Committee, which consists of regional CIOs and heads of global research groups. ITW seeks to invest in underpriced growth stocks and quality cyclical growth stocks. Their investment process consists in bottom-up stock picking, based on an understanding of the earnings and valuation cycle of each company.
