Andrews is a Managing Director & Head of Asset Management at DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners LLC.
Mr. Andrews joined DLJ RECP in 2010.
He has worked in commercial real estate for more than 25 years and has experience in all areas of its capital structure.
Prior to joining DLJ RECP, he spent three years building and overseeing the real estate private equity and high-yield finance businesses for Babson Capital Management.
Before that, Mr. Andrews spent 15 years as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Cheslock, Bakker & Associates, a private real estate merchant banking firm.
Earlier, he was a Vice President in the commercial real estate division of US West Financial and a Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Analyst in the real estate division of GE Capital.
Mr. Andrews received a B.S.
in Accounting from the University of Maine and an M.A. in Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University.
