Mr. Cardwell is a Member of the Memphis Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
He is a Governing Councilor of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chairman of the Ethics Appeal Board, Chairman of the Student and Academic Outreach Task Force and a Member of the Industry Standards Advisory Board and the Income and Expense Analysis Advisory Board.
Mr. Cardwell hold a Certified Property Manager Designation.
