Mr. Damon A. Ficklin is a Head of Team & Portfolio Manager at Polen Capital Management LLC.

He serves on the Investment Committee to the Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida with a B.S.
in Accounting, earned a M.S.
in Accounting from Appalachian State University, and earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
