Dan Dunmoyer

Mr. Dan Dunmoyer is Head-Government & Industry Affairs at Zurich Financial Services Ltd. Mr. Dunmoyer was appointed to the CalPERS Board of Administration in April 2009.
Prior to that, he worked for Governor Schwarzenegger's Office where he served as Cabinet Secretary and Deputy Chief of Staff from 2006 to 2008 and Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for Policy Development from 2005 to 2006.
From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Dunmoyer served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Personal Insurance Federation of California, the largest and leading personal insurance line trade association in California.
He has also served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Republican Caucus of the California State Assembly where he was representative for legislative and public policy strategies and managed a 60 member staff.
Mr. Dunmoyer is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Public Administration.
