Dan Oneglia

Mr. Daniel S.
Oneglia is a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone Alternative Credit Advisors LP.
He is on the Board of Directors at New York Foundling, Inc. and Fairway Resources Partners II LLC.
He is a Senior Managing Director on Blackstone Credit’s Private Credit Solutions team and is the Head of Liquid and Opportunistic Origination.
He has portfolio management responsibilities and sits on the investment committee of the firm’s Capital Solutions, Credit Alpha, Direct Lending and Energy funds.
Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Oneglia worked at Goldman Sachs where he was a partner and worked in the Americas Multi-Strategy Investment (MSI) team within the Special Situations Group (SSG).
Prior to that, he co-led the same team from 2009 to 2017.
The MSI team specializes in distressed, stressed and performing credit as well as reorg equity and other opportunistic asset classes.
In addition to his responsibilities within MSI, since 2014 he was part of a direct-lending team focused on middle-market North American oil and gas companies and formed and was involved in a JV between MSI and SSG’s real estate team focused on healthcare assets across the United States.
Mr. Oneglia graduated from Princeton University with a B.A.
in History and a Certificate in Latin American Studies.
