David Arch

Mr. David Arch is Head of Corporate Finance at Stifel Nicolaus Europe Ltd. He has over 30 years' corporate finance experience advising companies on M&A and capital raising transactions.
In 2003 he joined Oriel Securities and was appointed Head of Corporate in 2009 and a Director of Oriel Securities in 2011.
In 2014, David was appointed Head of Corporate Finance and, later that year, Oriel Securities was acquired by Stifel.
In 1984 he joined the Corporate Finance Division of Schroders where he spent a total of twelve years, including four on secondment to Schroders in Sydney.
His experience with Schroders encompassed a wide range of transactions, including hostile and recommended public bids, public and private company mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings for a mid-to-large capitalisation client base.
From 1996 he worked as a Director of Close Brothers Corporate Finance, developing its business advising mid-cap companies across most industry sectors.
He also worked as Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Arch graduated in Law from Nottingham University.
