Mr. Missner is a frequent lecturer on banking and bankruptcy-related topics for the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and other professional and trade organizations.
In connection with the Kmart Chapter 11 proceedings, Mr. Missner represented the interests of Eastman Kodak Company, Roger Penske and Penske Auto Centers.
In connection with the acquisition of troubled companies in 363 sales, he has represented clients who have acquired Mother Stores, Inc., Hat World, Inc., Kenny Industrial Services and Outboard Marine Corporation.
