Ms. Barton is a certified public accountant.
Since December 2003, she has served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Atlantic Coast Entertainment Holdings, Inc. She has been licensed by the Nevada State Gaming Control Commission and New Jersey Casino Control Commission.
