Mr. Fitzpatrick serves as Portfolio Manager of the Blue Chip Fund.
Prior to October 2000, he was Co-Portfolio Manager of the Fund.
Mr. Fitzpatrick is also the Portfolio Manager of the First Investors Life Series Blue Chip Fund.
Mr. Fitzpatrick has been a member of the First Investors Management Company, Inc. ("FIMCO") investment management team since October 1995.
