Diosdado Peralta

Diosdado Madarang Peralta is currently serving as an Independent Director at San Miguel Corp., Manila Hotel Corp., Philippine Business Bank, and Bloomberry Resorts Corp.
He also holds the position of President at Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
Previously, he worked as a Senior Assistant Manager-Personnel at Cosmos Bottling Corp.
and held professorial positions at various institutions including the University of Santo Tomas, the University of the East, San Sebastian College-Recoletos, the University of the Philippines College of Law, Ateneo De Manila Law School, Philippine Christian University Law School, and San Beda College of Law.
He also served as the General Manager at Ace Agro Corp.
and was a Member of the Corps of Professors.
From 2011 to 2021, he served as a Principal at the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
Mr. Peralta obtained his undergraduate degree from Letran College in 1974, his graduate degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 1979, and his doctorate from Northwestern University in 2010.
