From 2009 to 2011, he was the Chief Executive & Operating Officer at UTV Russia Ltd. He then became the Chief Operating Officer at Media One Group Ltd. In 2019, he became the Chief Executive Officer at AliExpress Russia until 2022.
He also served as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Hangzhou Alibaba Advertising Co., Ltd. Mr. Sergeev graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1998.
