Prior to joining Dean, he worked for American Century Investments where he was a member of the value investment team that manages the American Century Equity Income, Value and Mid Cap Value strategies from 1997 through 2006.
He has worked in the financial industry since 1991.
Mr. Leach received his BA from Central Missouri State and his MBA from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
He is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.
