Evans is a co-founder of Perpetual Capital Partners and serves as its Chief Executive Officer.
He is an experienced operating executive with a focus on developing business strategy, building senior leadership teams, implementing results-driven management, leading strategic transformations, and accelerating corporate growth.
Duncan is a board member and President of Allbritton Media, overseeing the group operations and its POLITICO and Protocol media publications.
He is Chairman of the board of California Family Fitness and serves on the board of POLITICO Europe, a 50/50 joint venture.
Duncan has served on the board of numerous other private companies and as an independent director and strategic advisor to private equity and venture capital backed businesses.
Previously, Duncan was a Managing Partner of DCTX Holdings, LLC, a lower middle market private investment firm.
He was Executive Vice President and General Manager at Revolution Money, a venture-backed alternative payments startup that was sold to American Express.
He ran the Strategic Development organization throughout the Americas at Experian, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new market expansion.
Duncan was a Principal at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking, where he focused on leveraged buyouts in the consumer, media telecom and industrial sectors and growth equity investments in media and technology.
Duncan started his career in investment management and financial advisory services.
Duncan graduated cum laude from Middlebury College and received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
