Edward Dean Butler

Edward Dean Butler was the founder of Luxottica of America, Inc. (Ohio) where he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 1983 to 1988.
He is also the founder of Vision Express Group Ltd. Currently, he holds director and owner positions in Vision Express Philippines, Inc., and director positions in Eyoto Group Ltd., PFO Global, Inc., OcuDoc, Inc., Zakiras Garage, Inc., and Adaptive Eyewear Ltd. Mr. Butler's former positions include Chairman of Sight Resource Corp.
and Power Vision Ltd., Director of 1-800 Contacts, Inc. and DigitalVision LLC, Director of MyOptique Group Ltd. from 2011 to 2016, Director of Practice Management Services Ltd., Director of Adlens Ltd., Director of Neurolens, Inc., and Principal at Procter & Gamble Co. Mr. Butler received a graduate degree and an MBA from Michigan State University.
