Walters is currently the Chairman of the Trustees Board at Bay Medical Center Sacred Heart and the Chairman of Panama City Port Authority.
She is also the Secretary, Chief Legal Officer & Senior VP at The St. Joe Co. Additionally, she serves as a Trustee at The St Joe Community Foundation, Alignment Bay County, and Bay Defense Alliance.
In her former positions, Ms. Walters served as the Chairman of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, the Chairman of The Bay Economic Development Alliance, and the Chairman of Bay County Chamber of Commerce.
She was also a Director at Summit Financial Enterprises, Inc. and a Partner at Burke, Blue, Hutchison, Walters & Smith PA.
Furthermore, she served as a Trustee at Florida State University Foundation, Inc.Ms. Walters completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of West Florida.
She also obtained a graduate degree from Florida State University College of Law.
