Erik Toth

Mr. Toth joined JFLCO in 2022 and is responsible for partnering with executive teams across the JFLCO portfolio to drive growth and value creation in addition to assisting with operational and strategic due diligence for acquisitions.
He currently serves as a director of Integrated Global Services and Inland Pipe Rehabilitation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Toth founded Larx Advisors, an advisory firm focused on providing finance, accounting, marketing and operations expertise to private equity firms, family offices and mid-market companies.
Prior to starting Larx, Mr. Toth was the divisional CFO for a reporting segment of DynCorp International, where he was responsible for the financial oversight of the $1.2 billion DynAviation portfolio of 30+ contracts with 7,000+ employees and subcontractors in 18 countries.
In addition to holding various portfolio company management roles, Mr. Toth previously served as Director of Corporate Finance at FTI Consulting and as a mechanical systems engineer for the NASA space shuttle program.
A native of Texas, Mr. Toth earned a B.S.
in aerospace engineering and M.B.A. from Texas A&M University.
